53kg, 42kg, 41kg, 60kg, 44kg, 49kg. Calculate the mean weight giving your answer correct to two decimal places

    Mean is simply the average of all numbers and to find it you add up all the numbers and divide for how many numbers there are (in this case we 6 numbers, 6 masses).

    So, 53+42+41+60+44+49 = 289 kg

    Mean = 289/6 = 48,1666666 ...

    So 48,17 is your answer
