Deal with the x terms and the y terms separately. Keep in mind that these expressions with exponents are in brackets so are being multiplied, thus you will be adding the exponents together as that is one of the indicie laws.

    X:

    x^4 * 4x (^1) * - 7x^3 = - 28x^8

    Y:

    y^3 * y^2 = y^5

    Combined, your answer is A. - 28x^8y^5
