    X=-2 and y=5

    (3x^3y^-2) ^2=[3 (-2) ^3 (5) ^ (-2) ]^2=[3 (-8) / (5) ^2]^2 = (-24/25) ^2 = (-24) ^2 / (25) ^2

    (3x^3y^-2) ^2=576/625

    Answer: The value of the expression is 576/625
