From 4pm to 5pm the temperature dropped 11.55 degrees

noon 85.4 + 3.85 = 89.25

1st hr 89.25 + 3.85 = 93.1

2nd hr 93.1 + 3.85 = 96.95

3rd hr 96.95 + 3.85 = 100.8

4th hr 100.8?

5 pm 89.25

100.8-89.25 = 11.55
