    if Tan (angle of Elevation) = Tree Height/Shadow Length

    Lets assume Tree height = x

    shadow Length = 6

    Tan (180)

    therefore Tan (90) = x/6

    Make X subject of formula x (Tree Height) = Tan 180 * 6 = 8

    x=8
