    2x2 + 20x + 50=2 (x^2+10x+25)

10=2*5 and 25=5*5 so we can see that this is a perfect square (x+a) ^2=x^2+2a+a^2 where a=5

    So

    2 (x^2+10x+25) = 2 (x+5) ^2
