Each spinner can only land on red or blue. the probability that spinner a will land on red is 0.5. the probability that spinner b will land on is 0.6 ... the number of times both spinner lands on red is 84.

Work out an estimate for the number of times both spinners land on blue.

    P (red & red) = 0.5*0.6 = 0.3

    P (blue & blue) = 0.5 * 0.4 = 0.2

    84 = N (0.3)

    N = 280

    Expected no. of both blue:

    280 * 0.2 = 56
