What is the value of x in the equation (1/4) x^4-x^2 = (5/4)

    0
    (1/2) x^2 = T

    T^2 - 2T - 5/4 = 0

    4T^2 - 8T - 5 = 0

    (2T-5) (2T+1) = 0

    T = 5/2 >>> (1/2) x^2 = 5/2

    x = root (5)

    x = - root (5)

    T = - 1/2 >>> no root (1/2x^2 = pozitive)
