If you mean in the same proportion, then that means if they are equal
one easy way to tell if 2 fractions are equal is to invert one of them and multiply them exg
1/2=2/4 so 1/2 times 4/2=4/4=1
flip and multiply
7/10 times 30/22=210/220 not equal to 1
they are not proportional
