First find the number of desks assembled each hour: 62/108.5=0.57 ..., times by the 250 hours: 0.57 ... * 250=142.8 ..., this rounds to 143 desks produced in 250 hours

So first we have to have to find the unit rate of how many desks can be assembled in an hour. To find this we have to divide 62 by 108.5 which equals to 0.57. So the unit rate is 0.57 desks per hour. Now we have to multiply 0.57 by 250 to find out how many desks can be assembled in 250 hours. 0.57*250 is equal to 142.5. So the final answer is 142.5
