Sparky had room for 16 rows in his garden. He planted 3 rows of tomatoes for every 5 rows of onions. How many rows of onions did he plant?

    There are 10 rows of onions and 6 rows of tomatoes.

    First 5 row of onions, next 3 rows of tomatoes, next 5 rows of onions, remaining 3 rows of tomatoes
