    64 cookies is 100% of the cookies in the Jar. If 37.5% of the cookies in the jar are oatmeal then X is the number of not oatmeal cookies in the jar: 64/x=100/37.5

    To find X you cross multiply:

    100 = 64 * 37.5100x=2400

    X=24
