    I guess the scientific notation that is in is question is written with a typo. It would b 8.571 x 10^{11}. This would mean that you need to move the decimal eleven spaces to the left. If you had a negative exponent then the decimal would move eleven spaces to the left.

    But if you move the decimal eleven spaces to the right then you would get:

    857,100,000,000
