What is the standard form of the equation of a circle given by x2 + y2 - 18x + 8y + 5 = 0?

    X²-18x+81 + y²+8y+16 = - 5+81+16=92

    (x-9) ² + (y+4) ² = (2✓23) ²

    circle centered at (9,-4) with radius 2✓23
