    4x-2y = 4

    = - 2y = 4-4x

    = y = (4x + 4) / 2

    y = 2x - 2

    h (x) = 2x-2

    To find y-intercept, find h (0)

    = 2 (0) - 2 = > - 2

    Y-intercept = (0,-2)
