Pearl uses 3.56 ounces of blue paint

    Step-by-step explanation:

IK this because if she uses 3/5 of the amount as white paint than 1/5 is 20 percent so if you multiply 20 times 3 you get 60 percent than to make 100 percent would be 40 percent, now if you would convert 3/5 to a decimal it would be. 6 and the amount of pints is 8.9 ounces now 3/5 of 8.9 is 5.34 than the remaining of the 3/5 would be 2/5 and 2/5 of 8.9 is 3.56 so therefore the answer is 3.56. Sorry for all of this explaining I just wanted you too understand what the answer is.
