    C is right because 10 is 5/5 and 8 would be 4/5 so proportionally 15 is 5/5 and 12 is 4/5 cuz 2 can go in 10 five times and into 8 4 times. 3 can go into 15 five times and into 12 4 times.

    C is the answer if you add 2 to both numbers it will give you 12 and 10
