Jacob need to put one liter of water into a big bucket for his science experiment. He only has a 300 ml and a 50 ml container. Draw on the number line scale how jacob can get 1 liter of water using these containers. Write a number equation that explains your drawing.

    To get 1 liter, Jacob should do the following: 1) Fill the 300 ml container 3 times and empty it into the bucket. This will give the bucket 900 ml 2) Fill and empty the 50 ml container into the bucket twice. This will give another 100ml, for a total of 1 liter.
