Amount of salary drawn by Jim per week = $1100

Percentage of commission on sales received by Jim = 12%

Amount of sales done by Jim in a month = $205000

Amount of commission received by Jim in the month = (12/100) * 205000

    = 24600 dollars

    Total amount of money drawn by Jim = 4 (1100) + 24600

    = 4400 + 24600

    = 29000 dollars.
