    D = rt

    Running Speed

    12 = 0.75r

    12/0.75 = r

    16 = r

    Cycling speed

    24 = 1r

    24/1 = r

    24 = r

    Let p = the percent we are searching for.

    16p = 24

    p = 24/16

    p = 1.5

    Convert 1.5 to a percent.

    p = 150%
