Round 3.79 to the nearest tenth

Back in school I learned the rule, "Five or more, you add one more!" Basically if the number behind the place it's asking for which is the 10th, it's the second to the right of the decimal. It's nine, since it's five or up you would make the decimal 3.8

The answer would be 3.8
