3/20 and multiply top and bottom by 5
15/100 = 15%
You can divide 3/20 and get 0.15
Move the decimal 2 places to the right 15%

In my way to explain it you just have to think as if 20 is 200. If you divide that it will be 10. But by dividing that you also have to divide 3 which gives you 1.5. Now he reaction is 1.5/10. It's easier now cause it's going by 10. So 1.5 is 15%
