It says frogs to turtles and there are 5 turtles and 2 frogs and I have to write the ratio then explain what it means

    It's easy - 5 turtles to 2 frogs can be written as a ratio 5:2. It means that there are two frogs for every 5 turtles (that may be found in the river, for example).
