(x-4) / 6 = 4
x-4 = 6*4
x = 24+4
x = 28

Answer:Since, (x-4) / 6=4
Multiply both sides by 6, we get
x-4=4*6
x-4=24
Adding 4 on both sides
x-4+4=24+4
x=28
