    We have this formula to find the percent change:

    To calculate percentage decrease: First: work out the difference (decrease) between the two numbers you are comparing. Then: divide the decrease by the original number and multiply the answer by 100. If your answer is a negative number then this is a percentage increase.

    Difference between the two = original price - new price = 85-60 = 25

    Now let us divide the decrease by original price = 25/85 = 0.294

    Next step is multiply it with 100, so we have 0.294*100 = 29.4

    since our answer is positive so its a percentage decrease.

    So percentage decrease is 29.4% or 29%
