    Let the no. of workers be x + 15x = 16x

Total no. of employees = 480

    ⇒16x=480

    ⇒x=480/16

    ⇒x = 30

    so

no. of executives = 30 employees

no. of assembly workers = 15x

    = 15 * 30

    = 450 assembly workers
