Percent change = (new number - old number) / (old number) * 100

new number = 150 (in July)

old number = 120 (in June)

    percent change = (150 - 120) / 120 * 100

    percent change = 30/120 * 100

    percent change = 0.25 * 100

    percent change = 25

Answer: The percent change was 25%.

Since the percent change is a positive number, it is a percent increase.
