In numbers 1-178 how many numbers have a 5 factor but not a ten factor?

    178 divided by 5 is 35.6 which will be rounded to 35.

    Half of these will have a factor of 10 in, so 35 divided by 2 which is 17.5

    Then 17.5 would be rounded down to 17
