    The formula for area of a trapezoid is 1/2h• (b+b)

    so let's plug in the numbers

    1/2h• (70) = 525

    so divide both sides by 70

    1/2h=7.5

    now divide both sides by 0.5

    h=15

    so the height is 15.

    Well for firsts the area of a trapezoid is A = (b1+b2) h * 1/2 or A = (b1+b2) h divided by 2.

    So basically we have to do the opposite kind off.
