Josh is hiking Glacier National Park. He has now hiked a total of 17 km and is 2 km short of being 1/2 half of the way done his hike.

    17 + 2 = (1/2) h

    where h is the length of the hike.

    h = 38 km

    What is the question? If it is how long is the total hike, then 17+2=19 (that’s half way).

    19x2 = 38. 38k is the total round trip of the hike.
