In the state long jump competition Mark jumped 18 9 16 feet, Julio jumped 18 1 2 feet, and Trent jumped 18 5 8 feet. These were the top three competitors. Place them in order from 1st place to 3rd place.

    18/frac{5}{8} > 18/frac{9}{16} > 18/frac{1}{2}

    So from 1st to 3rd the jumpers would be Trent, Mark, and then Julio.
