If 35 tickets are sold and 2 prizes are to be awarded, find the probability that one person will win both prizes if that person buys exactly 2 tickets.

    2/35 because there is still only 35 tickets and he/she buys 2. That means no matter what they have the 2 tickets. That gives them a 2 in 35 chance to win.
