    3 1/3 c of flour to make 30 cupcakes.

    She only has 1 c of flour

    (3 1/3) / 30 = 1/x

    3 1/3 x = 30

    10/3 x = 30

    x = 9 cupcakes

    The recipe will only produce 9 cupcakes which won't be enough for his 12 friends
