The length of one rectangle is 4 and the width is 2x-6. The length of another rectangle is 1/2 and the width is 6x+2. How much larger is the area of the first rectangle than the area of the second rectangle.

    The answer is that the first one is not the longer one the second one is.

    the first one equals 2

    the second one equals 5
