In C = Ux + F, if F = 0, where does the graph of the line cross the vertical y or Cost axis?

    I'm not an economic expert, but this looks like (y=my+b) where b is the y intercept which is where a graph crosses the y axis. In your case if F=0 then your graph will cross at the origin. IF it is a similar concept.
