There are such possible removing two slips:

    1. 1st was removed slip with votes for candidate a, 2d was also removed slip with votes for candidate a. Then there remained 2 slips with votes for candidate a and 3 slips with votes for candidate b.

    2. 1st was removed slip with votes for candidate a, 2d was removed slip with votes for candidate b. Then there remained 3 slips with votes for candidate a and 2 slips with votes for candidate b.

    3. 1st was removed slip with votes for candidate b, 2d was removed slip with votes for candidate a. Then there remained 3 slips with votes for candidate a and 2 slips with votes for candidate b.

    4. 1st was removed slip with votes for candidate b, 2d also was removed slip with votes for candidate b. Then there remained 4 slips with votes for candidate a and 1 slip with votes for candidate b.
