    [scale factor] is equal to the ratio between the lengths of their edges

    so

    scale factor=2/5

    volume smaller cylinder/volume larger cylinder=[scale factor] ³

    volume smaller cylinder/volume larger cylinder=[2/5]³---> 8/125

    the answer is

    8/125
