    You can divide both 6 and 20 by 2 so 6/20 = 3/10

that is the simplest form as there are no other common factors between 3 and 10 (except 1 but if you divide them both by that you just get the same)

    3/10 = 0.3

3/10 is the simplified form by dividing top and bottom by 2. The decimal wouls be multiplying the top and bottom by 5 to get 0.30
