Two friends are reading books from the class library. There are 5 non-fiction and 3 fiction books in a bin to choose from. Each friend reaches into the bin and randomly selects a book and returns to their seat to read independently.

What is the probabilty that the first friend selected a fiction book and the second friend selected a non-fiction book?
