    If 2/5 of the tree is above the building, the other 3/5 must be down next to the building.

    3/5 (tree) = 9m

    Multiply each side by 5/3:

    tree = (5/3) (9) = 15 meters

    9 + (2 / 5) * h = h = >45 + 2h = 5h = > 45 = 3h = > h = 45 / 3 = > h = 15 metres.
