How do you find 20 percent off $150 as an example but how do you find questions like these the easiest way you can explain to me.

    20 devide by 100 because 20%=20/100*150

    Change the percent in to a decimal and then multiply the decimal with the whole number subtract the whole number from the answer to get the money left over it is based on what the question is asking
