You can express 0.000036 as 3.6 * 10^-5 (we move the decimal 5 places left)

    Then we find 3.6 * 10^-5 * 20.5 * 10^7

The exponents add to become just 10^2.

    3.6 * 20.5 = 73.8

    73.8 * 10^2 is our answer ...

In proper scientific notation, this is 7.38 * 10^3. (the left # should be <10)

In standard notation, this is 7380. (we move the decimal 3 places right)
