What is the equation for a circle with a radius of 10 and a center at (11, - 2) ?

    The equation of a circle with centre (a, b) and radius r is (x - a) ^2 + (y - b) ^2 = r^2.

    So here it is:

    (x-11) ^2 + (y+2) ^2 = 100
