1/3 if the guests choose beef 5/12 of the guests choose chicken and 23 of the guest choose vegetarian how many guests were at the wedding

    The answer is 92 but i don't know how to explain it ...

    4/12 + 5/12 = 9/12 = 3/4

    Vegetarian = 1/4

    x/4 = 23

    (4 times 23 = 92)

    x = 92 guests

    That is how you get the answer 92
