    Answer: the height of the box is 3 feet

    Step-by-step explanation:

    The volume of a cuboid is expressed as

    Volume = length * width * height

    Terrance has to build a metal box that he can store costumes in for his theater program. The volume of the box to be built is 36 cubic-feet. The length or base of the cuboid is 6 feet. The width of the cuboid is 2 feet. Therefore, the height of the cuboid, h will be

    36 = 6*2*h

    12h = 36

    h = 36/12 = 3 feet
