    When you are determining what the slope is, it is always the number being multiplied by the variable. Also, since r is the number of rounds played and it is being multiplied by 38.79, we know it to be the per round cost.

    We also know that 17.18 is the membership fee since it's a regular cost and it is fixed (or not being multiplied by anything).
