    An inequality is:

    | t - to | ≤ 3

    | t - 37 | ≤ 3

    t - 37 ≤ 3 AND ( - t - 37) ≤ 3

    t ≤ 3 + 37 - t + 37 ≤ 3

    t ≤ 40 - t ≤ 3 - 37

    - t ≤ - 34 / * ( - 1)

    t ≥ 34

    Answer t ∈ [ 34°C, 40° C ].
