A cylinder has a base area of 169π cm2. Its height is 4 cm more than the radius. Identify the volume of the cylinder

    Base area = πr²

    πr² = 169π

    r² = 169π/π = 169

    r = √169 = 13 cm

    h = r + 4 = 13 + 4 = 17 cm

    volume of the cylinder = πr²h = 169π * 17 = 2873π cm³
