Assuming she got 2kg of oranges at $1.99/kg, 3kg of bananas at $2.75/kg and 5kg of apples at $2.15/kg ...

For 2kg of oranges she spent

    1.99*2 = $3.98

For 3kg of bananas she spent

    2.75*3 = $8.25

For 5kg of apples she spent

    2.15*5 = $10.75

    3.98+8.25+10.75 = $22.98

    She spent $22.98 in total.

    30-22.98 = $7.02

    She received $7.02 in change.
