Write a function rule for the area of a triangle with a base of 2 m less than 4 times its height. what is the area of the triangle when its height is 8 m?

    A=1/2bh

    b=4h-2

    sub that for b

    a = (1/2) (4h-2) (h)

    a = (2h-1) (h)

    a=2h²-h

    a (h) = 2h²-h

    a (8) = 2 (8) ²-8

    a (8) = 2 (64) - 8

    a (8) = 128-8

    a (8) = 120m²
